How long have you been in the pet sitting and dog walking business?
We’ve been providing professional pet care since 2007! We started in Lawrenceville, Georgia
and moved to McKinney, Texas, in 2011, where we’ve proudly continued to serve pets
and their people ever since.
Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
Yes!

We operate under a business license (DBA) in Collin County, Texas

We are fully insured and bonded through Travelers Insurance

Our staff is background checked, trained in pet CPR and first aid and committed to professional, compassionate care. 
🐾 About Our Services
Q: What types of pet care services do you offer?
We offer dog walking, pet sitting, vacation visits, puppy care, medication administration, and even our popular “Tucked In for the Night” service. Whether it’s a midday potty break or full vacation coverage, we’ve got your pet covered!
Q: Do you care for pets other than dogs and cats?
Yes! We care for all kinds of animals — rabbits, reptiles, birds, chinchillas, Koi fish, even dart frogs. If it lives in your home and you love it, we’ll treat it like family.
Q: Are your services available for last-minute or emergency needs?
We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, especially for our regular clients. Just message us through the Time To Pet portal or call/text us and we’ll see how we can help!
🏠 During Our Visits
Q: How long are the visits with my pet?
We offer 30-minute visits, our most popular visit as well as 45-minute visits. We offer our 2 hour Tucked in for the Night evening visits for pets that need more one on one care as well as Overnight care (Based on the availability)
Q: Will my dog be walked with other dogs?
Nope! Your dog gets our undivided attention on a private walk tailored to
their energy level and needs.
Q: Will you leave my pet outside after a visit?
No! We never leave pets unattended outside.
We keep outdoor time safe and appropriate for the weather,
especially important in the Texas heat!
Q: Do you bring in the mail, packages, water plants, or check on the home?
Absolutely. We’ll bring in your mail and Amazon deliveries, water your plants, rotate blinds, 
and make sure everything’s just as you left it, because pet care includes
peace of mind for you too.

Q: Can you give my pet medication?
Yes, we’re trained in administering oral, topical, and injected medications.
Just leave clear instructions in your pet’s profile and we’ll take care of the rest.
Q: What if there’s an emergency?
We contact you immediately, and if needed, we’ll get your pet to your veterinarian
or the closest emergency vet. We take your pet’s safety seriously.
Q: Is your team trained in pet CPR and first aid?
Yes! All of our pet sitters and dog walkers are trained, background-checked, 
and covered by our insurance and bonding policy.
🐶 Scheduling & Booking
Q: How do I become a client and book services?
Visit michelleatyourservice.com, click “New Client,” and complete the form. Once we receive your information and make sure you are in our service area and we have availability. We will send you a link our Time To Pet client portal where you can make an account for your pets and home. Once that is completed, we will schedule a meet and greet. In the future you can book services, update info, and communicate with our team.
Q: Can I meet my sitter before the first visit?
Yes! We offer a complimentary meet-and-greet with one of our trusted team members. Since we work as a team of trained, background-checked professionals, we can’t guarantee the same sitter for every visit, but rest assured—your pet is in capable, loving hands.
Q: How far in advance should I schedule?
The sooner the better, especially around holidays and school breaks. 
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks ahead to secure your preferred dates.
💳 Policies & Payments
Q: How do I pay for services?
All invoices are sent through our Time To Pet portal and can be paid
securely online with a credit card.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Pet Sitting Visits
- 
7+ days before your visit – No charge 
- 
5–7 days before your visit – 33% of the total booking 
- 
3–5 days before your visit – 50% of the total booking 
- 
Less than 3 days before your visit – 100% of the total booking 
- 
 
Dog Walks & Let-Out Visits
- 
Cancelled by 8:00 AM on the day of the visit – No charge 
- 
Cancelled after 8:00 AM – Full visit charge applies

Holiday Visits

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking 
- 
Holiday deposits are non-refundable 
Important: All cancellations must be submitted through the Time To Pet app.
Q: Do you offer refunds or credits for unused visits?
If you cancel within our policy window, we’ll apply a credit to your account for future services.
