and moved to McKinney, Texas in 2011
My pet needs to go to the vet, Will you take them?
If you pet becomes ill while in our care, we will transport your pet to your vet or the nearest emergency vet.
Are you licensed and insured?
Of course! We have business license (DBA) in Texas (Collin County) We are insured and bonded through Travelers.
What is your cancellation policy?
** Cancellation Policy:**
**Pet Sitting**
- Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance: No charge
- Cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 5 days in advance: 33% of the total bill
- Cancellations made less than 5 days but more than 3 days in advance: 50% of the total bill
- Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance: 100% of the total bill
**Weekday Dog Walks and Afternoon Let Out Visits:**
- If you cancel before 8am on the morning of the scheduled visit: No charge
- If you cancel after 8 am: Full charge
Please remember to request cancellations through our Time to Pet Software System.
**Holiday visit reservations:**
- A 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
